Wall Sessions
We don't work for you, but with you and your team. We have our own unconventional way of working because we believe everyone is creative in their own way. You, as the client, will be part of our process. You can decide which colleagues will join us. Usually, it's a delegation of the management board, communication team, and HR department. Our team of communication and culture strategists and creatives will also be involved. They will guide your team in the journey we prepare in the heart of Rotterdam. The wall sessions are very inspiring for all parties involved because they help determine the direction and create buy-in among other colleagues in the organization.

Parallel sessions
During the process, you can involve other stakeholders in parallel sessions. Think of the works council, service departments or maybe even your customers. With these parallel sessions, we want to create maximum support. Because you might go faster alone, but together you will really get much further. The joint creation process also provides an extra serotonin boost. What more could you want?
