The transformation journey 

The transformation journey is designed to guide organisations through change and provides a clear transformation plan that is congruent with the values of your organisation and its stakeholders. We work in two phases: 

The exploration phase: 

  • In this phase, we conduct preliminary discussions with stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the current situation and the desired future state. 

  • We research the values of the organisation and conduct interviews with stakeholders. 

  • Based on this, we develop a transformation plan with a clear end goal and a communication strategy for the process. 

The transformation phases: 

  • In the enablement phase, we launch the change and create buy-in. Employees become aware of why change is necessary, develop the desire to support it, and acquire knowledge through training and workshops
  • We then proceed to the engagement phase. Here, we activate people and embed the change by providing skills, resources, and ongoing support.
