The transformation journey

The transformation journey is designed to guide organisations through change and provides a clear transformation plan that is congruent with the values of your organisation and its stakeholders. We work in two phases:

The exploration phase:

In this phase, we conduct preliminary discussions with stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the current situation and the desired future state.
We research the values of the organisation and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
Based on this, we develop a transformation plan with a clear end goal and a communication strategy for the process.

The transformation phases:

In the enablement phase, we launch the change and create buy-in. Employees become aware of why change is necessary, develop the desire to support it, and acquire knowledge through training and workshops.
We then proceed to the engagement phase. Here, we activate people and embed the change by providing skills, resources, and ongoing support.
