In this training, we demonstrate the effects of an Appreciative Inquiry process. This process focuses on discovering and strengthening positive aspects within teams and organisations. 

  • This workshop is centred on identifying and enhancing what works well within the organisation, leading to sustainable growth and positive change. 

In this training, we show you how to foster a positive culture by focusing on what works well and integrating this into daily practices. The result is that teams develop an appreciative mindset, making them more resilient and better equipped to handle change. 

The training is led by two facilitators and lasts a total of 2x4 hours. Each team consists of a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring an optimal learning experience.
