In this training, we focus on improving communication skills, particularly in handling difficult conversations. This helps navigate challenging situations more effectively and enhances overall communication. 

  • Learn to address tough topics with respect and understanding. 

  • Foster open communication for a healthy work culture. 

We work on enhancing assertiveness and conflict resolution skills, resulting in better communication, more solution-oriented thinking, and stronger team relationships. 

The training is conducted by a single facilitator and lasts a total of 4 hours. Each team consists of up to 12 participants, ensuring an optimal learning experience.
